You can access product knowledge base articles, connect with other peers in discussion forums, subscribe to product updates, launch Chat Support, and create and manage cases within the PowerSchool Community Case Portal.
As of December 30th, 2019, you will no longer be able to create a new case through this portal. We encourage you to immediately begin leveraging our other channels to create a new case for PowerSchool ECollect Forms and PowerSchool Enrollment Express such as our Chat Support and Web Case Form.
