Individual Response – Student: This is a student-based form. Each user has their own response data, separate from all other users. The exception is elements that are tied to PowerSchool Fields.
Example: student evaluation form, disciple form.
Individual Response – Teacher: This type is tied to a teacher or staff record and its elements can be tied to PowerSchool’s School Staff fields. Just like with the student form types, Individual Response means each user has their own response data, separate from all other users.
Example: parent form for evaluating a teacher.
Individual Response forms do not allow for administrator approval.
If an element on an Individual Response form is linked to a PowerSchool field, the most current value entered into that field display across user responses. If the value displayed differs from the value you last entered, the element will be flagged to allow you to see what has changed.
