A general survey will not have any response populated into it once the form reloads for a responder. The responder's response is submitted and can be analyzed, but subsequent responses to the form by the same responder will be treated as a new response by that responder. For example, two submissions to the form by John Smith will result in two response entries when analyzing the charts - both for John Smith.
