The Response Report is a very flexible reporting tool that allows you to output any response data you wish, easily adding and removing fields and responses based on filters.

Each column also has its own search box so you can filter the responses more specifically. Clicking on the Responder, Student or Date column headers will sort the results by that column. No other fields are sortable.

Clicking on the name under the Person column brings up a window displaying the responses. Clicking on the number under the Student Number column brings up the form that was submitted. This can be used as part of the approval process.
