The District Configuration Dashboard is available to those users who need to be able to make edits to the Registration Portal. While the initial setup will be done by your Application Specialist, most additional edits can be managed by the school/district using the District Configuration Dashboard. If you have access to the District Configuration Dashboard, you will see the District Configuration button at the top of the Enrollment Admin Portal.


The District Configuration Dashboard gives you access to many of the settings for the Registration Portal. The first option you can control is whether the Registration Portal is enabled for families to access. In order to make edits on the District Configuration Dashboard, the Registration Portal will need to be disabled, but you can also choose to disable the portal if you are no longer accepting registrations.

Once disabled, you will be able to edit many of the settings for the Registration Portal, including

  • School/District Logo
  • Information Cards
  • Enroll Code
  • Links
  • Student Number
  • Approval
  • School Preferences
  • Admin/Parent Notifications
  • Success Message
  • Guardian Contacts
  • Required fields
  • Grade Levels
  • Entry Year
  • City, State options
  • Submit Button text

Any options you are not able to configure through the District Configuration Dashboard will require you to have changed by your Application Specialist while you project is active or support once your project has closed.

Custom Submission Email

One of the items that you can configure through the District Configuration Dashboard is the email the parent received when they submit the Registration Portal. Your custom email is able to reference data submitted by the parent by inserting specific tags:

  • {{firstlast}} = First Name Last Name
  • {{firstname}} = First Name of applicant
  • {{lastname}} = Last name of applicant
  • {{dob}} = Date of birth
  • {{gradelevel}} = Grade level applied to
  • {{grade_level}} = Grade level applied to
  • {{homephone}} = Primary phone
  • {{home_phone}} = Primary phone
  • {{schoolname}} = School Name
  • {{schools.br}} = All schools applied to within the district, separated by a line break
  • {{schools.cma}} = All schools applied to within the district, separated by a comma
  • {{schools.ul}} = All schools applied to within the district, shown in a bulleted list
  • {{customername}} = District Name
  • {{district}} = District Name
  • {{entrydate}} = Enrollment date
  • {{entry_date}} = Enrollment date


Re-Enabling the Registration Portal

Once you have completed your edits on the District Configuration Dashboard, be sure to press the Save button at either the top or bottom of the page. If you wish to have the Registration Portal available for your families to submit, press the Enable button.
